The Sense – Coming 2026

Talia and Sage are excited about entering the water and experiencing their first shift. They know the risk involved, but they both feel their inner beast is ready to emerge. When Talia hits the water, she sees shadows cover her best friend. Afterward, when she finds out Sage has died, she feels grief, but also senses it must be wrong. She goes to training, continues to learn her school lessons, even attends the winter formal, but she knows in her heart, can feel it in her soul, her friend didn’t die.

Going with her gut and inspired by her dreams, she convinces her friend Flipp to help her search for Sage. She feels a pull, and persuades him to give her one day of looking. Will they find the evidence she needs to convince her family and shifter group that Sage is alive–or will she be proven wrong, shown once and for all Sage is gone?
